Olongapo, officially the City of Olongapo (Tagalog: Lungsod ng Olongapo; Ilokano: Siudad ti Olongapo; Sambal: Siyodad nin Olongapo; Kapampangan: Lakanbalen ning Olongapo; Pangasinan: Siyudad na Olongapo) or simply as Olongapo City, is a 1st class highly urbanized city in Central Luzon (Region III), Philippines. Located in the province of Zambales but governed independently from the province, it has a population of 233,040 people according to the 2015 census.

    I remember this hotel from early 70s, a trip out from Subic Base I recall Taxi Ride of forgot his name of Sailor who owned base taxi back then, anywhere on base was quarter I thing, this Marmount was out a ways near White Rock Beach or on the way it seems, we used to dive off second floor into pool and skinny dip during Nam War, we were animals back then. Owner of hotel ran poker game back then, I still remember my girl back then in 71-75 Proche Santos............been a long time and many years at sea finally retired from ships in 1999, many tripsto africa and persian gulf and everywheere else, 40 years and finally got back home to PI, in 2000, been here ever since.......................Aloha...............sige................
