    A 17th street is a dead end street cemented for playing basketball donated by Chinese businessman Mr. Lee Kuy/Aling Fely. I grew-up in this place studied in Tapinac Elem, Jackson High Sch. graduated in Columban College in '79. Still remember the Mardigrass and Open Gate the U.S. Naval Base before eruption of Mt. Pinatubo in June 8,1991 I was in San Marcelino Zambales and on the day after I'll be travelling abroad. Its so nice to remember the good old days with my family, relatives and friends.
